By commissioning me, you agree to these terms in full.
I like to take a more personable approach to my commissions, as I feel it allows me to really understand what you're looking for. To start a commission, message me on Twitter @ArtfulAnya with your ideas.I will draw: people, fan art (especially pokemon & animal crossing) pets, simple OCs, and furry/anthro.I will not draw: NSFW, gore/vore, mechas, hateful imagryI'll work with you to get a good understanding of what it is you're looking for. Once we have a plan in place and I feel the commission is something I can do, I'll add you to my wait list.When it is your turn, I'll reach out to you again to confirm the commission with you. You have 48 hours to reply. Failure to do so in time will bump you off the wait list. Once I hear back from you I'll gather any final details and send my ko-fi link for the full payment.
Commission Details!
I'll usually finish a commission in a few days, however it may take up to 2 weeks if something happens to cause a delay. If I'm not able to complete a commission in a reasonable time, I'll let you know as soon as I can.Due to the nature of how I work, I typically do not show the sketch step of a commission. Instead, you may not see the piece until it's mostly done. If you want a more hands-on approach, let me know at the start and I'll share the sketch for approval.If you're unhappy with the initial drawing, I allow for a total 5 color changes and either 3 major revisions, or one full redraw. Major revisions include changing the position of a hand, redrawing the face, etc. In the case of a full redraw, I'll send you the sketch for approval before I continue. Any additional full redraws can be arranged for an added fee, paid before I continue.I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I feel like you are not respecting me and my time in regards to adjustment requests.
Rights to use
I retain all the rights to my art, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.If the commission is to be kept private, let me know at the start.Commissions are for personal use only and may not be sold, copied, traced, attached to a NFT, etc. You are not allowed to remove or alter my signature. You are allowed to share the image online as long as you include a link to my Twitter @ArtfulAnya. Emotes are allowed to be uploaded to your personal Twitch and/or Discord.
All commissions are non-refundable as this is how I make my living. Thank you for understanding. 💖
